How to Sell Used Piano
It does not matter if you are having whether an imposing grand piano or a vintage upright piano. Having your very own piano is a very wonderful thing. However, if the time comes that you decide to sell your own instrument, it will be not easy as it seems. Pianos are luxury items, not some impulse purchase to begin with. Plus there is much to learn about moving and transporting it from a place to another. Nonetheless, with some know-how, proper planning, and a tad of creativity, you can sell your piano without having a hard time.
First thing to do is to make your piano appear as brand new as it can be. For simple cleaning, tear a piece of light sandpaper. Using it, remove any scratches or rings from drinking glasses that are put on the surface of the piano. Clean it all throughout with a wood soap. Wrap it up with polishing it up with the best piano wax.
Pianos are as good as they sound. You have to get your piano checked by a professional piano tuner. Hiring one is incomparable to the profit that you will be generating if you have your piano sold successfully. Have the broken wires and/or hammers replaced. Make sure that the mechanisms inside the body are in good condition.
